Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional approach.
• Provide expert advice on furniture styles, materials, and room layout to help customers make the best selections.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ElMalek’s luxury furniture collections and their unique qualities.
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising to enhance showroom appeal.
• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or furniture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer needs.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
