Comparing the delivered piece with the agreed order is easier with a sofa delivery inspection checklist at handover. Sofa delivery starts by matching the model, count, dimensions and fabric to the order. Then inspect visible surfaces, stitching, cushions and legs without unauthorized disassembly. Have the order and sample ready so observations can be specific.
Sofa Delivery Inspection Checklist: Key Checks
- Match the model and fabric code.
- Check dimensions and assembled components.
- Document discrepancies before delivery sign-off.

For sofa delivery inspection checklist, if the color looks different, compare it with the sample under suitable light. Record the observation and confirm the assessment process rather than judging solely from a phone image.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
A delivery note is not a substitute for written warranty terms. Do not assume an undocumented duration or coverage.
When assessing sofa delivery inspection checklist, use “Match the model and fabric code” as the starting check, then confirm the other two points for the same model or arrangement. The aim is a decision that supports the described use, rather than accepting a general product label.
Questions about the selected arrangement
Should the sofa be measured at delivery?
Check agreed dimensions using the supplier's measurement method, especially for a piece ordered for a fixed location.
